ON EFFICIENCY EVOLUATION OF THE LAND COMMITTEE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATION (EXAMPLIFIED BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF EKATERINBURG CUTY)

Abstract

Purpose: To attract attention of the Land committee of Ekaterinburg administration to urgent improvements in the sphere of municipal management of land matters in several activities. Methods: The basic studying methods of the problems of the article: table interpretation, summary, content-analysis, description. Results and practical significance: The result of the study of the Land committee of Ekaterinburg administration activity in the sphere of land matters management is working out of recommendations on: · Improvement of the system of efficiency evaluation of the own activity within the framework of the efficiency evaluation system of the RF local self power bodies approved by the decree of the RF President. · Management of municipal land property. · Optimization of the performed duties. The principles and approaches proposed in the article can be used by the RF state power bodies and structural subdivisions of administrations of other municipal entities dealing with land relations management. Scientific novelty: The author substantiates the urgency of using a complex approach towards the efficiency of the Land committee of Ekaterinburg administration using development and implementation of additional indices of efficiency evaluation and their connection with forecast results. Besides the author of the article proposes approaches for methodology of improving land matters through optimization of duties performance.
