CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF LEVELING INSTITUTIONAL GAPS OF MULTIPROFILE TERRITORIES

Abstract

Purpose: To model a complex approach directed to leveling institutional gaps and development of an institutional system of multi profile territories. Methodology and methods: In the research the author carries out an expert evaluation using economic-statistical analysis, in particular, analysis of all available indices of official statistical accountability, integral evaluation of indices grouped by a determined feature, selection of key indices reflecting main social-economic processes in productive, budgeting, social sphere, etc. Scientific novelty: The author offered a model leveling institutional gaps of multi profile territories, selection of strategic development institutes and evaluation of their activity efficiency. Practical significance: Practical realization of the offered model allows to increase the efficiency and optimize the management process of strategic development of mono cities, improve social-economic situation and the quality of citizens’ live.
