Purpose. Based on the analysis of theoretical positions and empirical material to establish a system of municipal enterprises’ performance indicators. Scientific novelty. Based on the study of theoretical positions and empirical material author developed proposals to improve the efficiency of municipal enterprises, including the development of medium-term programs. The significance of this research is the ability to use the suggested recommendations in the management of authorities and local self-government in the legislative process.
