Purpose. Studying the problems of local governments on increasing local revenues from the use and sale of municipal property in modern conditions. Methods. Analyzed the dynamics of the cash inflows from privatization and lease of municipal property of the municipality. Results. Identified key causes of deviations of actual cash flows from the planned values in the sale and use of municipal property in Sosvinsky urban district, was given practical recommendations to improve the local budget revenues by leasing and sale of municipal property. Scientific novelty. Defined a comprehensive approach to improving the earnings potential of the municipal budget, given the concept of efficient use and effective management of municipal property.
