ASSESSMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLANNING INSTITUTION IN THE LIGHT OF URBAN CREATIVE SPACE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The relevance of the research stems from the fact that the welldeveloped urban creative space can improve the urban social environment and make the city more attractive to residents and potential investors, including residents and non-residents of the territory. At the same time, the creative space development should be enshrined in the socio-economic development strategy, which is a complicated institutional process. The following methods have been used in the research: analysis, modeling, comparison, generalization, planning, design; observation, document analysis, expert interviews, mathematical and graphical processing of results. The practical significance of this project is in the development and implementation of a particular socio-cultural product, which will enable both state-funded institutions and small businesses to expand the range of services. Project justification of this product can be useful for other institutions of culture to hold similar events on their basis in order to attract new visitors and expand the range of activities. The scientific novelty of the research involves the development of strategic planning correlation with projects implemented in the municipality, in the institutional area of a modern city, which improves the quality of strategic planning at the municipal level.
