FORMATION OF THE LABOR LABOR SYSTEM IN MUNICIPAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of the system of labor regulation in the organization on the example of the Municipal state institution "administration of the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk". Are developed and tested by the author of a technique of definition of indicators of the labor process on the basis of the provisional regulations of the labor process and on the basis of norms of service. On the basis of these methods it is possible to assess the effectiveness of the labor process in the organization and determine the optimal rate of staffing of the structural unit and the organization as a whole with a given probability of the effectiveness of the tasks.
