MANAGEMENT OF ACCESSIBILITY AND QUALITY OF HEALTH CARE TO POPULATION

Abstract

Purpose: Studying, the analysis and generalization of the main problems of management of providing medical care to the population of Russia in modern conditions. Methods and scientific novelty. Methods of the comparative and regional geographic analysis of materials of complex observation of living conditions of the population are used. The main problems of availability and quality of medical care to the population living in city and rural areas are revealed. Recommendations about improvement of management of providing medical care for use at specification of the state and territorial programs of development of health care are proved. It is shown that to some extent it is possible to increase availability of medical care by means of the formed telemedicine segment. Results and practical value. By results of a research recommendations about specification of system of indicators of Independent assessment of quality of medical care, justification of programs of territorial development of a health care system taking into account results of selective observations and inspections, to more widespread introduction of telemedicine are proved.
